SpinWinPK Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and SpinWinPK ("the Platform," "we," "us," "SpinWinPK") regarding your access to and use of the website spinwinpk.biz and all services, games, betting markets and features available through it.

By registering an account on SpinWinPK, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing SpinWinPK voluntarily, and that you have read and understood these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use SpinWinPK's services.

These Terms apply to all activity on your SpinWinPK account — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, game play, betting activity and any communication with SpinWinPK's support team. They are supplemented by SpinWinPK's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

To use SpinWinPK's real-money services, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one account on SpinWinPK. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances associated with the duplicate account.

Eligibility requirements for all SpinWinPK accounts:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information during registration — including your real full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address and your date of birth.
• You must be the rightful owner of any payment method used to deposit or withdraw funds on SpinWinPK.
• Your account must be used solely for personal, recreational purposes — not for any commercial or professional gambling operation.
• You must not be a current or former employee of SpinWinPK, or an immediate family member of such an employee.

SpinWinPK reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including a copy of your CNIC, a photograph and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to provide verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your SpinWinPK account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact SpinWinPK support immediately at support@spinwinpk.biz. SpinWinPK is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

All financial transactions on SpinWinPK are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). SpinWinPK supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically credit to your SpinWinPK balance within seconds of completing the mobile transaction.
• Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on the sending bank's processing speed.
• SpinWinPK does not charge any fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are independent of SpinWinPK.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as your SpinWinPK account.
• SpinWinPK processes withdrawals within 10–30 minutes on average for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 2 hours depending on banking hours.
• SpinWinPK does not charge withdrawal fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your receiving payment provider.
• SpinWinPK reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts.
• Funds that have been deposited but not yet subject to any wagering activity may be returned to the original deposit method at SpinWinPK's discretion pending a review of account activity.

SpinWinPK offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, refer-a-friend rewards and game-specific promotions to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. These general bonus terms apply to all SpinWinPK promotions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification on SpinWinPK.
• Each eligible player may claim each specific bonus once unless the promotion explicitly states it is a recurring offer.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if requirements are not met within the stated timeframe.
• SpinWinPK may restrict certain games from contributing to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate — this will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players, sold or exchanged for cash outside of the normal wagering and withdrawal process.
• SpinWinPK reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is evidence that a player is exploiting bonus terms or acting in bad faith.

Refer a Friend programme: SpinWinPK's Refer a Friend programme rewards you for introducing other Pakistani players to the platform. Referral rewards are credited once the referred player completes registration, makes a qualifying deposit and meets any specified activity requirements. Referral rewards may not be used to refer the same individual multiple times, and self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

SpinWinPK offers a range of real-money gaming and betting products including casino games (Teen Patti, Roulette, Card Games, Fishing Games), sports betting (including cricket, football and esports), and live dealer tables. The following rules apply across all SpinWinPK gaming activity.

General gaming rules:

• All bets and game decisions placed on SpinWinPK are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, modified or reversed after it has been accepted by the platform.
• SpinWinPK uses independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted at physical tables visible on camera — outcomes are determined by real cards and real equipment.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed clearly within each game and table interface on SpinWinPK.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game session, SpinWinPK will honour the outcome of any completed bet rounds. Incomplete rounds at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the game's specific disconnection policy.
• SpinWinPK reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market or game that was offered due to a manifest technical error or pricing mistake. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.

Sports and esports betting rules:

• All sports betting markets on SpinWinPK are subject to the specific rules of the sport or esport in question. Results are settled based on official scores and outcomes as published by the relevant governing body.
• SpinWinPK reserves the right to suspend or cancel markets if an event is postponed, abandoned or its integrity is called into question.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the individual result conditions of each selection within the accumulator.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets already accepted before a suspension will be honoured.

SpinWinPK operates a fair, secure and trustworthy platform for all Pakistani players. Certain behaviours undermine this environment and are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of balances.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using SpinWinPK to launder money, process fraudulent payments or otherwise engage in financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one player account per individual for any reason — including bonus abuse — is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, sharing hands in card games or otherwise acting collusively against the platform or other players is prohibited.
• Arbitrage and system exploitation: Exploiting pricing errors, bonus loopholes or system vulnerabilities to extract guaranteed profit is prohibited. This includes structured bonus hunting across multiple accounts.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software or any non-human means to play games or place bets on SpinWinPK is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback against a legitimate SpinWinPK transaction while retaining gameplay value obtained from the disputed funds constitutes fraud.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening or abusing SpinWinPK staff or other players through any communication channel is prohibited.
• Underage gambling: Any attempt by a person under 18 years of age to use SpinWinPK — or by an adult to facilitate underage gambling — is strictly prohibited and will be reported.

SpinWinPK is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. Online gaming and betting should be an enjoyable recreational activity — not a financial strategy or a response to stress, debt or personal problems. Responsible gaming tools available on SpinWinPK:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account to restrict how much you can load onto SpinWinPK within a given period. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be reduced instantly; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure reminders that alert you after a set period of continuous play to encourage breaks.

This includes, but is not limited to, screenshots, game recordings and promotional materials displayed on the platform.

SpinWinPK's game content is provided under licence from game developers and live dealer studio partners. All intellectual property rights in individual games remain with their respective developers. SpinWinPK does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use SpinWinPK's platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit resale, redistribution or commercial use of any platform content.

SpinWinPK provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted, accurate and fair service. However, SpinWinPK cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or entirely free from technical errors, and certain limitations on SpinWinPK's liability apply.

• SpinWinPK is not liable for any losses, damages or expenses — direct or indirect — arising from technical outages, service interruptions, connection failures or errors in third-party systems outside SpinWinPK's direct control.
• SpinWinPK is not liable for losses you incur as a result of your own gaming decisions, including decisions made during live dealer or sports betting sessions.
• SpinWinPK is not responsible for the content, availability or accuracy of third-party services accessed through links or integrations with the platform.
• In no event shall SpinWinPK's total liability to any single player exceed the net deposits made by that player to their SpinWinPK account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits SpinWinPK's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

SpinWinPK reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account if there is a reasonable basis to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms or in a way that is harmful to SpinWinPK, other players or the integrity of the platform.

Grounds for account suspension or closure include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Multiple account creation or bonus abuse.
• Chargebacks against legitimate SpinWinPK transactions.
• Abusive conduct towards SpinWinPK staff or other players.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy applies — players will be notified before any action is taken).

In cases of account suspension, SpinWinPK will notify the affected player by email with the reason for the suspension and an explanation of any next steps. Where funds are withheld pending investigation, SpinWinPK will complete the review as quickly as possible and communicate the outcome to the player.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting SpinWinPK support. Any balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

SpinWinPK reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in SpinWinPK's services, changes in applicable regulations, or for any other operational reason at SpinWinPK's discretion.

When material changes are made to these Terms, SpinWinPK will notify registered players via email at their registered address and via an in-platform notification visible upon next login. The notification will clearly summarise what has changed and when the updated Terms take effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at spinwinpk.biz/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this document reflects when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of SpinWinPK after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using SpinWinPK and contact support to close your account. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following the normal withdrawal process.
